$RMHB buyout offer pending. The status change to OTCQB hopefully is the last piece of the puzzle to get the investors to finalize the offer to buy out Rocky Mountain High Brands.
A preliminary dollar amount was given and accepted pending the DD period. The 10-K, OTC status change, and SEC reporting are recent events that should paint a great picture for the investors.
