I know nothing about how things actually
work at ground zero there.
But there are plenty of abortions on poor blacks;
even lessing them to #3 position in race % below hispanics.
Uh I wouldn't force anyone to have an abortion.
I would hurt a gov that did that.
The logic isn't to help or not help rich/poor people
It is to spend all taxpayers money on a religiously controversial act
work at ground zero there.
