I think its a little presumptive....
Abortion is such a contentious issue, and my personal view is that it should be a personal choice made by a woman and her doctor....I don't think the state should impose its will.
Having the government force a woman to watch a video...I dunno, its kind of big brother in my view. I do think 3rd trimester should be the cut off point though...because at that point the fetus is capable of surviving outside the womb on its own.
