Of course it does nothing of the kind. It is mostly the serial venting of the moderator's Id. A truly funny laying bare of the paranoia, misinformation and conspiracy theory laden fears that fuel his ass-on-fire, 'get off my lawn' posts.
He's also driven by some bizarre need to post enough to place his board ahead of this one in the 'Top 10 Most Viewed Boards' and the 'Top 10 Most Active User Boards'.
As you can read, his 'conversations' are mostly with himself.
So in that sense, any primacy of his board over this board in those categories, on any given day, is analogous to those 'online snap polls' after the first debate.
