I benefited, contributed to capitalism all of my life. When it's unregulated it's a predictable disaster.

Maybe your 'belief' in fairy dust supply side tax cuts has compromised your analytical abilities?
By the way, supply side tax cuts in the '80's didn't make tax hikes by Bush and Clinton possible, they made them NECESSARY.
You know, dealing with mounting budget deficits trumped the 'fairy dust' that created the deficits and the recession(s)?
