SFOR > Quarterly Report, $$ Patent Infringement Settlement $$, and then Proxy meeting, all in November, all within a few days of each other, with Shareholders meeting after Quarterly and $$ Court date for Patent infringement settlement.
Seems odd they are having meeting just days after highly anticipated Infringement court date with 3 defendants and Highly anticipated Quarterly report
WHY? Why all of a sudden announce stockholders meet??
WHY? Why stockholder meeting just days after highly anticipated Patent Infringement court date and Quarterly?
They could have it 3 months from now or 2 months ago. Why now??
One of several things to vote on are...> Top executive bonus compensation

Vote Top executives bonus compensation
Bold to ask for more $$$$, in fact crazy..> UNLESS <... the Quarterly is going to be very good, like last quarterly was, and the patent settlement is as good as expected.
Both of which they have very good idea already of the
Quarter ended Sept 30th.
They settled out of court, with Microsoft, before court sate..
HIGHLY Probable they will have a settlement Before Nov court date....> Meaning, News of settlement may come any time/day between Monday morning and early November
This stock price rally started with the last Quarterly being so good, so improved.
Will this Quarterly be as good or better then last??
Settlement brings a large amount of $$$ to SFOR and starts the process of more Patent infringement lawsuits and more $$$ coming SFOR way.
Only one reason to ask for more $$$$ >> > They already know the results settlement and quarterly.
Only one reason to ask for surprise Stockholder meeting
You do not ask for more money if you loose the settlement and quarterly is bad, quit the opposite.
They know both are going to be a blow out!
Only other possible reason for surprise stockholder meeting and more $$ for top executives, is the much hinted, merger or buyout coming.
