Well, I finally had the chance to sit and read Sullivan's filing from start to finish. I agree with earlier posters that the filing is extremely well-written, amply documented and entirely dispositive of each and every argument Rosen made. The choice of Mike Sullivan at the Ashcroft firm was an excellent one by Leo.
Excellent work Mike Sullivan!
That said, once this case is dead and buried and CTIX has collected whatever pecuniary restitution the judge decides to award, it is clear that Sullivan is in the best position to pursue whatever accretive legal actions can be filed against Rosen, Mako et al.
It is my hope that Sullivan will:
1. pursue stimulating such punitive legal actions as the Executive branch of the federal government and state and local governments can take.
2. consider strongly pursuing civil actions to recover such losses as CTIX itself has incurred and further to consider a class action suit to help shareholders recover proportionate damages they have suffered.
I understand and have carefully considered Grotty's argument that these actions can somewhat divert CTIX management's attention. However, I am hopeful Sullivan will take these actions on.
The term "Vengeance is mine..." comes to mind. I hope whatever deity we accept as own own will take this work on as well and render ultimate judgement.
