From Sullivan filing:

"The reasonable attorney’s fees at issue here do not even begin to compensate the Defendants for the harm caused by the decision to file a class action lawsuit based purely on a story on the internet by an anonymous author who, in all likelihood, was involved in securities fraud."

Will be interesting to see how this finally works out.
