The meeting requires that we shareholders vote for the approval of their executive compensation as well as "future compensation"! If there is no money to talk about other than the $1M plus leftover from the Microsoft deal, that I am sure is slowly dwindling, and a few thousand retail sales of our products, then why even call an annual meeting in the first place? They were not required by law to set up a SH meeting, yet they did!
You don't want to invite everyone to a party just to embarrass yourself right. That does not make sense. You invite everyone because you want to celebrate!
SFOR officers are setting the meeting on 11/18 to discuss not only their compensation but also their FUTURE COMPENSATION! If anybody has the balls to invite us to vote on these issues, then you want to make sure that their are MILLIONS of dollars available in order to support the approval of said issues including the election of the BIG 3 as members of the Board of Directors which would solidify them as leaders of the company.
So in conclusion based on the above arguments, there has to be a major deal that has been finalized worth at least in the millions (in order to satisfy compensation issues) and that said deal or deals shall be announced anytime between now and Nov 18. It is also possible that it would be discussed in the coming current 10Q which i believe is scheduled on or about the 14th of Nov. Count down starts Monday. Congrats to ALL SHAREHOLDERS !
