I am wondering if it has anything to do with the recent SEC implementation of small cap tick sizes.

We only saw a few of those weird 6th decimal place trades, but for the most part today, it looks like it was trading within the rule. This could also be the reason why the fear mongering posters have been relentless today, seems like they are worried about something.
