Craig Barbarosh Resins
On October 5, 2016, Craig Barbarosh, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of BioPharmX Corporation (the “Company”), informed the Board of his decision to resign from the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Barbarosh’s resignation was not in connection with any known disagreement with the Company on any matter. Mr. Barbarosh served as the independent Board member recommended by investment funds managed by Franklin Advisers, Inc. pursuant to their Board designation rights.
