Mark and his board are used to traveling to China no less-but if you look at cert letters they usually have to attest they have actually met w the officers and board/cfo or accounting or auditing to judge their honesty/integrity-this is I imagine usually done at co place of business so attorney can see there is a physical valid place of business.
