When I talked to them at CES they indicated their focus was not on selling qdot or mass production of qd.Cadmium edge lit product was their focus and it's apparent with Phillips dropping their edge lit monitor recently that the writing was on the wall.Nanosys does not want edge lit tech out there representing qd as a future for displays.I think they are 100% sure they are winning their case against QDV and this is the first domino to drop.
