I have known a CEO at another company since 2000 and own the stock.
Day to day operations, business plan activities, he considers company confidential and not need to expose what the team is doing until updates being provided in Q's and at bi-annually shm. They are OTCQB....Baltia is .pk
I'm assuming there are risks of putting out bits and pieces of what they are working on, yet not accomplished and inked.
