I started reading the DTC Operational Arrangements handbook to see how $TGGI (and by extension $BCAP) can benefit.
$TGGI as a DTC particiapnt has the ability to distribute new and secondary offerings quickly and economically by electronic book-entry delivery and setttlement through DTC.
Only Participants can request that DTC make a security eligible (already accomplished by $BCAP via $TGGI acquisition).
That opens the door for $BCAP to raise funds through a $TGGI Tier I Reg A offering, and then distribute new and secondary offerings quickly and economically.
