I recall at last SHM something about NTEK in talks with 3 companies and one was from China. I also heard something about Alibaba looking to do a 10 million dollar revolving credit with NTEK prior to the Paramont deal. Maybe NTEK wasn't good enough then but maybe now NTEK has grown up enough to strike a deal.
