Conversely, and maybe just too hopeful, three weeks without a PR could mean that he doesn't need to put out vague generalities and forward looking updates because something real has happened. All of us here know the reality of all past "deals" and "progress updates" so fool me once shame on me mindset is in full effect, understandably.
