Gifted shares are grants of shares as reported on each SEC Form 4 filed by George. These shares are issued at zero cost and they enable him to maintain a minimum percentage of all outstanding shares as explained on each form 4.
The form 4 also shows the total number of derivitive shares owned after the transaction.
