imo they have resigned to waiting on DF return and are
going to get all the dilution out of the way so they
can be as financially strong as possible on his return.
I wouldn't be surprised to see the O/S go to 150M
by DEC when DF returns.

Yes that means 2016 Holiday Season is ruined but
at least they will be set up for 2017 and with DF
back there should finally be TRANSPARENCY and
regular communication with shareholders again.

I hope I'm wrong and they get something going
for Holiday Season but it looks pretty bleak for now.
