"I have read every PACER detail/update very carefully several times & I am almost certain that settlement negotiations are on and are
coming sooner than later and could be real huge. That's where the negotiations are on from all stakeholders from all three defendants IMO
Mark has already confirmed that all three are in settlement negotiations back in Aug himself, so IMO it due any day now.
