If these guys fail they will have this held over their heads for the rest of their careers. Not certain if they want their names carved in mud and shamed based upon share holder oppression and corruptness. Especially DF as he already has a badge of criminality under his belt. Therefore, I believe they are quiet for good reason and will come through in the end.
