Great idea. Throw more money into another losing issue.
Bring all that evidence to whatever lawyer you can find.
You do realize the other side gets the same privilege ?
It will be great to find out where Heddle made that 4 million dollars he 'infused' into the company go when the company had no operations and no employees.
I'm sure he is going to love 'discovery'' also.
