$BCAP added $1.2M to its asset base today with 12B shares of TGGI @ $0.0001.
Some will ask about liquidity and what the TGGI stock can bring Baron from a cash perspective, but the puropse of the Reg A addresses the cash issue without having to try and sell shares into a broken OTC market.
TGGI is a clean entity that's DTC eligible.
Time to move Baron forward.
