Just my opinion but I think they have seen "indications" but from such a low dose the data may not be "storng enough" to "shout from the roof tops".They will probably want to start the 2nd cohort at twice the dose where the data will be more "readable"and maybe it will show proportionate responses to dose levels or "geometric" levels to dose levels.
