Maybe because his research, analisys and conclusions were a shallow, superfluous summary of the SEC complaint. If he wants to be a good author and educator he should at least take a little more time to research the facts.

The SEC suit was a Railroad Job to begin with.  His book and his conclusions are suspect, as they should be.
