This is a huge change in trading behavior. We already, in the first half hour of trading, have more shares traded than yesterday. In fact I think today's first hour was more than Monday and Tuesday combined.

Now admittedly volume was expected to be low on Monday and Tuesday because of Rosh Hashanah, but we've have months where many days have seen far less than the 160k shares that have already traded.

And tomorrow Sullivan is due to file CTIX's rebuttal to Rosen's absurd attempt at a defense. Hmm
