We don't even know if one will actually happen. They haven't filed a definitive proxy yet (only a preliminary one). They have to file a definitive one before they can send out the proxies.
At this point, it is possible they won't send them at all and have the toxics act by written consent to pass all proposals.
Who knows. Maybe they bump the date.
