DALLAS, Oct. 05, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. (OTC PINK:RMHB), a fully reporting company, announced today that it filed its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2016 on October 4, 2016.
Michael Welch, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “The filing of the Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2016 completes the SEC financial reporting and disclosure requirements for our fiscal year, as well as enables us to complete the process of uplisting to the OTCQB marketplace from the OTC Pinks.
