Has it occurred to anyone besides me that the CTIX management would not do a press release about anything before Friday's deadline for Sullivan to reply to the Rosen Firm's absurd "defense"?

Remember, the Rosen Firm's defense is basically: the judge let us amend our filing, therefore the fact that we didn't have any reason to file the suit in the first place doesn't matter.

Well, it does.

Anyhow, I would think that any sillies who think that Rosen's defense might hold some water will be disabused of that notion over the weekend, whenever we can access Sullivan's reply.

My expectation is that anyone who has anything approaching intelligence will be covering any remaining short positions on Friday or Monday.
