Add to that all 3 infringers want to keep using SFOR PATENTS
because its good for their business so for not going to trial
saving everyone a lot of time and money, including the court,
SFOR lawyers can cut them some slack in a probable
long term licensing deal.
Bottom line its just cheaper to settle than go to trial
and risk losing where they have a mountain of evidence
to overcome by the precedent of SFOR already winning
against MSFT.
