Line item veto power would be nice.
US can't be paying $700 for hammer anymore. There are somethings that need common sense standards. That doesn't mean you can build a defense system using spare 3rd party parts
Facts are those dollars spent as a deterrent to a land base war. Like 900 Billion to NATO and 150 Billion for overseas bases is not money well spent. We need to maintain our 11 carrier groups and beef them up.
