The STOP SIGN is only critical to traders. Most shareholders at this juncture in $HJOE are long term investors and arent looking for a quick hit and expect a long ride. The traders create a lot of volume and volatility and volume and volatility make a stock get noticed by longer term investors who then do their own DD.
What is really holding the company back is the lack of filing and documenting the revenues that we believe/assume are taking place. If the revenues are what we believe - the PPS will quickly adjust to fair market value based on fundamentals. Many here are tapped out or overweighted. Some are still buying on large dips even with the overweighting. However, for sustained increases, their has to be a wider investment base and for those who are more risk adverse - seeing "proof" of revenues/long term viability will be the impetus they need to invest or dramatically increase current holdings.
