Looks like NTEK did some consolidation to save on rental costs. Look at Annual Report 7. Issuer's Facilities and they show only three facilities:
1. San Jose:, CA: NTEK headquarters, warehouse, Nano Tech Gaming Labs, Nano Tech Media, Sales & Marketing, Customer Support.
2. Fremont, CA: Internet Connectivity
3. Bridgewater, MA: Nano Tech Communication Group
No mention of Las Vegas or Hollywood and San Francisco 4K Studios.
