During the Quarter ended June 30, 2016, the Company incurred
profits totaling $673,777 resulting in total accumulated deficit of $2,856,967 with a Total Shareholders’ deficit of ($5,050,798 ) at June 30, 2016. The past four quarters have shown net gains and increased assets
continuing to show the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. The Company's ability to meet its ongoing
financial requirements is not dependent on management being able to obtain additional equity and/or debt financing
