a sovereign nation...
I as a US voter prefer not to volunteer and or have my President sign executive orders endorsing such voluntary US action...
I as a US citizen do not answer to the United Nations
You liberals want to go volunteer...go for it . Make sure you drop of your rights to US citizenship while your at it...
