I think 7/11 is ready to do a nationwide deal, but what is required is more cash to make it happen. That is where this Chinese investor comes in. They're probably all working out the details together and it's just taking some time.

We should see a nice bounce soon, hang in there. Just look at the volume, it's been way up the last 3 weeks.
