You are correct and I have written in prior posts to that point. I've negotiated long past an option expiration date on many deals I"ve both submitted and received. I never wrote that they stopped talking.

I don't know how much more clear I can be about a very simple point.

The LOI expired. It is good business practice to issue a PR update on the status of negotiations whether they are still talking, stopped talking, or anything in between.

They are not legally obligated to issue one today and I never wrote that they are either.

It is up to the company to keep us informed, not up to me to call them.

That's it. I am NOT saying anything negative or additional to that. People need to stop being so trigger happy.
