Mrs Li has everything to gain by this deal. Its everything she wants and needs to merge her on- going business into a public company in the United States. The several million dollars she is putting up is a drop in the bucket as to her potential long term gain. It could well amount to Hundreds of millions of dollars if not Billions over the long term.
