Roger, ask the person who is posting incorrect information why they keep posting, not me. You wouldn't people to know incorrect information would you?
To let the LOI expire and not inform the shareholders about its status until whenever they want is not good business.
They can put out a PR about still in negotiations, ceased negotiating, or whatever the actual status is. It's standard practice for companies to do so.
RMHB has come this far on so much, no reason to drop the ball now.
