I've been picking up bits of chatter regarding up listing on this board. Someone smarter than me can chime in here but based on my brief review we haven't accomplished the prerequisites for up listing yet and won't even be considered in AMEX until we reach a $2 SP or $4 SP for NASDAQ.

So, barring a reverse split I think we're stuck in OTC until the next wave of really good news. The silver lining is that up listing can happen quickly once we meet the standards and I would think Leo would be all over it.
