$RMHB buy out offer results to be announced!
Rocky Mountain High Brands was offered and accepted an LOI from a Chinese company to buy out the founder's preferred shares, giving them controlling interest in the company.
The DD period ended Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016 so the results and buy out details should be announced as early as Monday.
The stock is trading at one of it's lows for the past year so it might be a good time to check it out before the announcement.
