Look at slide number 4.
The graph is a direct comparison between Ziagen and Prurisol.
According to the graph there is a vast difference between the effects on Psoriasis between Ziagen (Abacavir Sulfate) and Prurisol (abacavir acetate).
So if that graph holds true, then one could not use Ziagen "off label" and expect similar results. Even if it worked no one could advertise its use for Psoriasis its use could only be adopted from word of mouth.
