Just remember based on the pathway that P has been given the phase 3 will be really short and quick after the phase 2b establish the best dosing. A BP isn't going to way for phase 3 to lock it in. Phase 2b should be done and information released by end of first quarter. There is a much better chance that a partner will lock up a deal before phase 2b completes, will probably have clauses based on performance of end of phase. That means we could hear the official announcement at the same time they release P 2b results. But someone will know in advance, witch could lead to a spike in SP for no reason.
