No reason for anyone to act like the sky is falling (unless you hold a naked short position), last years annual financials were posted 5 days late and the red stop sign went away.

Just like last year, annual financials will be posted late again.
More thoughts, the market cap is now 2.8 Million. The investment fund alone without any NTEK products is 1.3 Million. So technically, the pps reflects a market cap of 1.5 Million.
