It was explained to me at least part of the reason they removed it from Amazon. Was when SMS took over to protect both the dealers and retail stores selling it. It was being priced lower on Amazon than the suggested retail price in stores.

They didn't want the retail stores to have to compete with cheaper Amazon sales. This also helped protect the dealers territory and their retailers.

The company wasn't selling it on Amazon, Santa Claus Outlet was.
