Yes, I know they do web store sales. I was addressing Amazon in particular. It is not much effort to sell through them at all.
Exposure/growth is the mode HJOE is in so to restrict exposure and throw away even 10-25% of additional sales might just be something to consider. They are kind of free sales. You don't advertise for them. Plus, some people who might not trust a small, new company will trust ordering through Amazon.
It's not a huge deal, but can be an additional revenue source that one should consider. Especially a growing company. I'm not being critical, just discussing the issue.
