knowledge of embedded signals via MMs
change out en route for 52 week high (10.13.16) compressing *lower*
date known for DA by P2O (11.25.16) filed in last week's 8K
*many* original investors in @ 80c who've never sold one share
and actual P2O investors who hold a CB (cost basis) below 10c/20c/35c ..
or just *retails'* collective ever growing awareness of the *rigged* game played
