I don't believe in work or education visa's of any kind...as it depresses wage and education opportunities within the US.
Doctor visa's for me are a major issue. These people in many cases have less education than most BS degree RN's in the United States.
The real issue is there are not a pool of best and brightest in the US. Then it is a failure of our own education system.
