Winston it is my belief/interpretation from what I have learned is there is already new management in place and have been since July. What capacity and who they are I do not know nor have there been any disclosures to what level of management this really is within the company. I do know upon D Foleys release sometime afterwards IMO that's when these disclosures will take place and all at one time for "Maximum impact". That timing may change who knows but I think this recent dilution has to do with new employee ownership of shares.
