This isn't the most empirical of DD but GC tends to put out PR's either two days apart or every 14-17 days. Tomorrow or Monday may be news if you guess based on his patterns.
As to why Cummis won't put out a PR about making components for CIL, they have a shareholder base who has seen results for decades. They don't need to announce minor sales, or more realistically minor possible sales.
All of this Cummins speculation comes from a guy who has never bought or sold a single engine or generator, much less 1000 of them. It's almost the weekend so get ready to go outside!
